With a robust background spanning over 15 years in the hairdressing industry, Charley embarked on his  journey from apprentice to seasoned professional before establishing Allure. Over the past decade, Charley has successfully managed large salons, with a notable specialization in Keratin Smoothing treatments becoming the first Teesside specialist for Keratin Revolution in 2021. After gaining extensive experience in Middlesbrough and York, Donna temporarily stepped away from salon work to prioritize raising her children. She has recently re-entered the dynamic field of hairdressing, expanding her skills to include nail services. Donna is now a valuable member of the Allure team, contributing her expertise on a self-employed basis to provide a wide range of hair and nail services. Ebony
Trainee Junior Stylist
Our vibrant and dedicated trainee junior stylist Ebony joined our team in March 2024. Almost completing her NVQ Level 2, Ebony's passion for hair styling shines through in every snip and style. Despite her previous salon closing down, Ebony stayed in the loop by styling friends and family's hair while also caring for dementia residents in a local care home, showcasing her compassion and versatility. In March 2024, Ebony made a triumphant return to the world of hairdressing, bringing her invaluable experience and enthusiasm to our team at Allure. With her dedication and creative flair, Ebony is poised to become an integral part of our salon team.

Chloe
Weekend Assistant
Our dedicated weekend assistant joined the team in summer 2023, initially volunteering during her school holidays to gain industry experience before college. Despite her quiet demeanor, Chloe's love for hairdressing flourished in our salon, where she's growing into a confident young lady. Recognizing her potential, we offered her a Saturday job, which she eagerly accepted. Chloe assists with clients and makes a decent cuppa. In June 2024, she'll start an NVQ Level 2 apprenticeship with Kleek Academy, becoming a full-time employee of Allure. She'll train alongside our team, working her way up to a skilled stylist.
