Oscar
Chief Cuddle Giver & Salon Supervisor (of Naps)
Oscar has been a dedicated member of the Allure team since literally the day after Charley & Anthony brought him home. As Chief Cuddle Giver, he takes his responsibilities very seriously—whether that’s greeting clients with tail wags, offering snuggles on demand, or ensuring the salon remains a stress-free zone (mostly by napping).
When he's not supervising from his comfy bed, Oscar is available for cuddles, but if that’s not your thing, he’s more than happy to clock off for a snooze instead. Not a fan of dogs? Let us know, and we’ll make sure he’s on his best (sleepiest) behaviour!

Charley
Senior Stylist & Salon Director
With a robust background in the hairdressing industry, Charley’s journey has spanned over 17 years, starting out as an apprentice before working through the ranks to management before founding Allure Hair & Beauty. For the nine years prior to Allure, Charley successfully managed a leading salon group across Middlesbrough and Yarm, honing his expertise in salon operations and client experience. In 2021, he became Teesside’s first specialist for Keratin Revolution, solidifying his reputation in Keratin Smoothing treatments.

Anthony
Salon Manager
As our dedicated salon coordinator & manager, Anthony plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for guests, both on the phone and at the reception. Tasked with the day-to-day operations, Anthony ensures the seamless functioning of the salon, strives to keep the whole team organised, and goes above and beyond to ensure that every visitor is treated like a VIP, guaranteeing an enjoyable salon experience.

Senior Stylist
Introducing Kara, a skilled hair stylist who became a valued member of our team in February 2023. Possessing a Level 2 qualification, Kara swiftly advanced through training, achieving success in the NVQ Level 3 Advanced Creative hairdressing qualification. Specializing in the artistry of blonde and balayage, Kara brings an unparalleled passion for hairstyling. Ebony
Stylist
Introducing Ebony, a talented hair stylist who joined our team in 2024 and quickly become a key member of Allure. Initially completing her Level 2 qualification with us and Kleek, Ebony soon progressed through her advanced Level 3 training, proudly passing with distinction in December 2025. Ellie
Stylist
Ellie joined the Allure team in July 2025 as our a Graduate Stylist. After completing her NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing with Distinction, she is has almost finished her Level 3 Advanced Hairdressing qualification with us and graduated to the position of Stylist from July 2026.
Ellie is passionate about developing her skills and growing her experience on the salon floor. With a strong foundation in cutting and colouring, she is excited to begin building her client base and learning from the Allure team.
Friendly, focused, and full of potential, Ellie is a fantastic addition to the salon – and definitely one to watch.
Chloe
Graduate Stylist
Chloe joined the team in summer 2023, starting out by volunteering during her school holidays to gain some hands-on experience before college. Since then, her confidence has grown loads and she’s really found her love for hairdressing.
We quickly saw her potential and offered her a Saturday role, where she supported the team, helped with clients, and made a decent cuppa.
Chloe is now with us full time, passed her NVQ Level 2 with a distinction at Kleek Academy. Chloe is now moving on to her Level 3 advanced hairdressing & continuing to build her skills on the salon floor even further
Lexi
Graduate Stylist
Lexi joined the Allure team as our Graduate Stylist after successfully completing her NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing Apprenticeship with a local salon alongside Kleek Apprenticeships. She is now continuing her journey by working towards her NVQ Level 3 Advanced Hairdressing qualification whilst building her own loyal clientele at Allure.
Lexi loves all aspects of hairdressing and is dedicated to developing her skills in cutting, colouring and styling. With a friendly personality, a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for making clients feel their best, she's excited to welcome both new and existing guests to her chair as she continues to grow her career.
Olivia
Apprentice Stylist
Olivia joined our team in February 2026 as our Saturday Assistant before progressing into an apprenticeship role as she studies her NVQ with Kleek.. You’ll usually find her pottering around the salon keeping everything running smoothly – keeping everybody hydrated, tidying up, shampooing clients, and helping the team apply toners.
She’s a great little addition to the team and already getting stuck into salon life.
Jemma
Senior Therapist
Jemma joined the Allure team with over a decade of industry expertise under her belt. Her passion lies in perfecting brows to precision. She's not just another beautician; she's a maestro in the art of HD Brows, certified and official. In the past Jemma has been at the helm of salon management, bringing forth her wealth of beauty experience and knowledge to ensure top-notch services for you. As a fully qualified 2 & 3 beauty therapist, Jemma's skills extend beyond brows; she's adept at nails and waxing, a Tatti Lash artist and has studied advanced facial treatments making her a versatile asset in the realm of beauty.
Stacey
Senior Therapist
Stacey brings over 10 years of experience within the beauty industry to the Allure team. Having worked in both salon and spa environments, she’s passionate about delivering luxury treatments and ensuring every guest leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed and confident.
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, Stacey offers a wide range of treatments including facials, massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures, gel nails and BIAB. She loves helping clients take time out from their busy lives, whether that’s with a relaxing massage, a results-driven facial or a perfect set of nails.
