Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed outside of working hours will be processed the next business day.

Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Allure Hair & Beauty cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Returns & Refunds

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, sealed, and unopened

Items must be in original, resalable condition

All security seals must be fully intact

Proof of purchase must be provided
Important:
Any products returned with broken or tampered seals or that are not in a fully sealed, unopened condition will not be accepted.
These items will be returned back to the buyer and postage costs for returning the item to you will be charged to the customer.
We are unable to accept returns on:

Gift cards

In-salon purchases unless faulty
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is £4.99 per return.
A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved.
This cost will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, minus the £4.99 return shipping fee.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
