THE BORING BITS

We have to make you fully aware of our terms and conditions so you can make an informed decision and decide the most appropriate membership option for you. Membership is not mandatory for any salon guest, none members will continue to pay our standard list prices. If you have any queries relating to our terms and conditions please contact a member of the management team in salon or via email at alluresalonne@gmail.com

 

By joining a monthly payment membership club you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement.

Your membership benefits are not transferable to any other person. Attempting to book services on behalf of someone else will bring this agreement to an immediate end.

Payments will be collected by the card you register with.  You agree to maintain a valid card on file for all payments. 

Memberships are paid monthly in advance. Example. You apply and set up the direct debit on the 10th of August - your memberships begins that day and will be rebilled the monthly amount 9th of the following month, payments may be taken early when your due date falls on a none banking day.

If your payment fails when due we will automatically retry the card 3 days later, membership will be suspended during this time. 

All payments are allocated for the upcoming month, and late payments will only cover the same month they were intended for, without extending beyond the month's end.

You may cancel your membership without giving any reason at any time.

 

If you cancel your membership you will not be able to start a new membership for 30 days. 

Failure to attend an appointment or not cancel within the cancellation policy will result in the full cost of service being charged to your card on file, if this payment fails we reserve the right to cancel your membership with Allure.

We may send you information relating to your membership and current offers and promotions by email, Messenger, SMS or by post

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you decide you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please do not proceed with purchasing a salon membership.

Terms

1. ‘The Company’ is Allure Salon (NE) LTD, also referred to in the agreement as ‘Allure’, ‘the salon’, ‘we’ and ‘us’.

2. If you have purchased a membership for yourself, you are referred to in the agreement as ‘you’ or ‘the member’.

3. If you have purchased membership as a gift, terms relating to

payment are applicable to the purchaser. Terms relating to membership and services are applicable to the member who is referred to as ‘you’ or ‘the member’.

 

General

1. This Agreement is governed by the law of England. You should print a copy of this Agreement for future reference and a copy will be emailed to you following purchase

 

2. If any of the terms of this Agreement are invalid, unenforceable or illegal the remaining terms can still be enforced.

​3. We may make reasonable changes to the Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.

 

4. We will send to you email confirmation of these terms using the email address you used when you joined.

​5. Membership is open to all customers over the age of 18. You must have access to an email account and provide us with the email address.

 

6. The Company reserves the right to restrict the number of memberships available across the whole membership programme without notice or explanation.

​7. Additional services and products not included with your membership will be charged at the current list price less any offered discount and do not form part of this agreement.

Force Majeure

1. A Force Majeure Event is defined as an event beyond the reasonable control of Allure. These could include but are not limited to industrial disputes (whether involving Allure Salon (NE) LTD or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors.

2. We shall not be liable to you as a result of any failure to perform our obligations under this agreement as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

 

Membership

1. Membership is not transferable and entitlement to inclusive services and products is restricted to the Member.

2. Attempting to book services on behalf of someone else will bring this agreement to an immediate end.

 

Monthly payment

1. By purchasing the monthly payment option you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement. A copy of these terms will be emailed to you following your purchase.

2. Payments are due monthly and will be collected by the card you register on file.

3. Should the Company be obliged to engage legal proceedings against the Member arising from breach of the terms of this Membership Agreement, including but in no way limited to their failure to pay any amount due by the due date, the Member acknowledges that they shall be liable for all tracing fees, collection commission and legal costs as may be allowed by the Court.

7. The Company may disclose personal particulars contained in the Membership Agreement to a credit reference agency or any other party necessary in obtaining settlement of arrears.

8. Payments by instalments are due regardless of your salon usage. In the event of a payment default use of salon services will be denied until the shortfall has been made up.

 

9. We reserve the right to cancel your membership without notice or giving any reason. No refund will be made for past membership fees though we will refund the current month’s fee if you have not had the benefit of any service or products during the current month.

10. In case of dispute the onus is on you to show that you terminated membership in accordance with these terms.

 

Renewal

1. Membership is on a rolling monthly contract and will automatically renew.

Communications

1. We may send you information relating to your membership and current offers and promotions by email, SMS or by post

2. You may opt out of email and SMS communications that we may send but if you do we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by you not receiving relevant communications. Communications posted (either with or without proof of posting) will be assumed to be received. Emails will be assumed to be received and read.

3. You agree to tell us immediately of any changes to your personal details including contact information.

 

Complaints

1. You may complain to us by emailing alluresalonne@gmail.com using the email address that we hold for you. You should call us on 01642 961060 to confirm that we have received your email.

 

Levels of Membership

 1. Each level of membership carries a particular set of benefits. You should ensure that the level of membership you choose is appropriate for your needs.

2. We may, at our discretion, allow you to move to a higher level of membership mid month, but membership cannot be downgraded to a lower level except at the renewal date.

Appointments

1. All appointments are subject to normal salon availability and are only available to book in the current membership month.

​2. Though the number of blowdrys are unlimited in some memberships, we would view having more than one blowdry in a day as excessive and unreasonable.
