We have to make you fully aware of our terms and conditions so you can make an informed decision and decide the most appropriate membership option for you. Membership is not mandatory for any salon guest, none members will continue to pay our standard list prices. By joining a monthly payment membership club you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement.
We know nobody likes reading small print, but it’s important you understand how our memberships work so you can pick the right one for you. Memberships are optional, and if you’re not a member, you’ll continue to pay our standard salon prices.

Membership Basics

Membership is for individuals aged 18+.

Memberships are non-transferable. Booking for someone else will cancel your membership immediately.

Memberships start on the day you sign up and run on a rolling monthly basis.

Fees are taken automatically each month from the card you register. Keep your card details up to date.

If a payment fails, your benefits may be temporarily suspended until resolved.
Cooling-Off Period

If you sign up online or outside the salon, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund — as long as you haven’t used any services.

Contact us in writing to cancel within the 14-day window.
Cancelling Membership

You can cancel at any time after your initial membership term (unless otherwise stated in a promotion).

No refunds for previous months already paid.

If you cancel, you may not rejoin for 30 days.
-
Allure may cancel memberships if terms are breached, payments fail, or membership is misused.
Membership Credits & Services

Any monthly salon or beauty credit must be used in the month it is issued.

Credits:

Cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or carried over unless stated.

Cannot be shared with others.

Blowdries (where included):

Up to 2 per week
-
Subject to diary availability and off-peak booking (Mon–Thu)

May be moved to another stylist or apprentice without notice

Not guaranteed at peak times (Fridays, Saturdays, evenings)

Unused blowdries do not roll over

Discounts & Offers
-
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions (new client offers, Blue Light/student discounts, or flash sales).

Discounts apply only as stated for your membership tier.
Changing or Freezing Membership
-
You may upgrade your membership mid-month (at our discretion).

Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
-
Memberships can be frozen for 3–6 months per year with notice; benefits cannot be used while frozen.
Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in your current membership month.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited services or full service charges.

If payment fails, we may cancel your membership.
Communications

We may contact you about your membership, appointments, or offers via email, SMS, phone, Messenger, or post.

You can opt out of marketing, but we’re not responsible for missed info if you do.
Changes to Terms or Pricing

We may update terms or pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, utility failures, government action, staff illness).
