What should I wear for my massage?
You can arrive in your normal clothing. Your therapist will give you privacy to undress to your comfort level and will explain which clothing should be removed for the treatment you have chosen.
You will remain covered with towels throughout, with only the area being massaged uncovered.
Can I choose which area is treated during a half-body massage?
Yes. A 30-minute half-body massage can focus on the area most important to you, such as your back, neck and shoulders or your legs and feet.
Your therapist will confirm your chosen focus area during the consultation.
Can I choose the pressure?
Yes. Please tell your therapist whether you prefer light, medium or firmer pressure.
Our massages are designed primarily for relaxation and general muscular tension. They are not intended to diagnose or treat an injury or medical condition.

The treatments are similar because both use heated stones to provide warmth during massage. Himalayan salt stones are made from natural salt and create a distinctive smooth, warming treatment experience.
When might massage not be suitable?
