REWARDS CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Eligibility & Use

  • Rewards Points can only be earned and redeemed by the cardholder.

  • Points are not transferable and cannot be used against any other person’s services.

  • Points can only be earned on services booked and received for the cardholder’s own treatments.

 

Earning Points

  • Points are earned on standard service appointments and retail purchases.

  • Points are not awarded for services purchased for another person.

 

Redeeming Points

  • Rewards cannot be redeemed on the day of booking; all redemptions must be pre-booked in advance.

  • Rewards cannot be redeemed in December or on any Saturday

  • Some rewards have booking conditions, for example:Free toner must be booked alongside a blowdry or cut & blowdry.

  • Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Only one reward can be redeemed per day.

 

Validity & Expiry

  • Rewards Points are valid for use within 12 months of being issued unless otherwise notified.

  • The salon reserves the right to amend or withdraw any reward offer at its discretion, with notice on the website or in salon.

 

General

  • All Rewards Card transactions are subject to the salon’s standard booking, cancellation, and payment policies.

  • Points and rewards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
