Terms and Conditions

1. One Spin Per Customer: Each customer is allowed only one spin of the wheel.

2. Redemption of Prize: A screenshot of the winning prize must be shown at the time of redemption in the salon.

3. Prize Validity: All prizes are valid throughout October 2024 only and must be redeemed within this period. Monetary vouchers expire on 31/10/2024.

4. Discount Issued at Checkout: Discounts will be applied at checkout upon redemption of the prize.

5. No Double Discounts: Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.

6. Email Entry: To participate, customers must provide an email address. By entering, customers agree to receive marketing emails.

7. Online Booking: For faster checkout, customers are encouraged to enter their discount code in the notes box when booking online.

8. Deposit Required: A deposit is required for all bookings, regardless of prize redemption.

9. Prize-Specific Conditions:

   • £10 OFF Gel Mani or Pedi: Discount is valid on any Gel Mani or Pedi service.

   • £50 Voucher & £100 Voucher: Vouchers are not valid against product purchases. They expire on 31/10/2024 and can only be used for services.

   • Free Colour, Cut & Blowdry: Available Tuesday - Friday only.

   • Free Manicure or Pedicure: Valid on any standard Manicure or Pedicure service.

   • 30% OFF Your Service Bill: Discount applies to services only; no discount applies to home care products or additional tint charges.

   • Half Price Massage: Discount applies to any massage treatment.

   • Free Brow Shape: Valid on any standard brow shaping service.

   • Free Take Home Product (RRP up to £30): Select any product with a retail value up to £30.

   • Free Blowdry: Valid only with Chloe-Olivia, Chloe & Ebony.

   • Free Beauty Club Membership: Membership is valid for one month from the date of winning.

   • Half Price Colour: Must be booked in conjunction with a full-price cut and blowdry. Half price applies to all colour services except toner.

10. General Conditions:

    • The promotion is valid only in October 2024 and cannot be extended beyond this period.

    • All prizes are subject to availability and must be redeemed in person at the salon.

    • No cash alternative is available for any prize, and prizes are non-transferable.

    • The salon reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
